Autism Life Coach Specialist

Bridging Independent Living Together Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Life Skills Trainer in Attleboro, MA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them develop important life skills and achieve their goals.
We offer a competitive pay structure based on education and experience, with a range of $20 to $27 per hour. Our team is committed to providing compassionate support and enhancing the lives of our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach life skills to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist clients in achieving their goals and overcoming challenges
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide quality services
- Participate in virtual and in-person training to ensure success in the role
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
- Ability to build rapport and connect with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Problem-solving skills and creativity
