Job Overview:
Advantage Technical is seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to repair and maintain electrical and electronic equipment in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform remedial repairs and installations related to electrical equipment and facilities, including replacing lights and fuses, bending and installing conduit, pulling and terminating wires, and overhauling relays, circuit breakers, electric power motors, and motor bearings.
Requirements:
Must possess a Massachusetts Electrical License. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required. Minimum of two years of experience as an industrial electrician. Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to read a variety of electrical meters. Proficiency in setting up and using a wide variety of hand and power tools. Ability to perform simple electrical calculations and read blueprints and schematics.
