Program Coordinator Assistant

As a Program Coordinator Assistant at The May Institute Inc, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and assistance to our clients, helping them achieve their goals and dreams.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support. You will work closely with a diverse team of therapists, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to create a nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and assistance to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Engage in activities that promote skill-building and enhance overall quality of life
- Collaborate with the team to create a warm and safe space that fosters independence and dignity
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in a related field
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience
- Prior supervisory experience in human services
- Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of individuals from all walks of life
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
