Job Overview

Entegee is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment to employees.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Reconcile payroll totals by department, location, and other relevant categories.
  • Enforce policies to ensure accurate calculation and application of deductions.
  • Verify compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including tax laws and workers' compensation requirements.
  • Assist with internal audits, tax filing, and other payroll processes as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of ADP/SAP Payroll experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of ADP Global View experience.
  • Experience with ADP eTime is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Strong team player capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
