Role Overview:

Kinn Studio is seeking a skilled Jewelry Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized styling experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering outstanding service experiences
  • Assist customers in selecting styles based on their needs and preferences
  • Utilize product knowledge to speak to the collections vision and quality
  • Build and maintain an organized client book to generate appointments and drive sales volume
  • Proactively reach out to clients based on their preferences and past purchases
  • Achieve and exceed sales and metric goals
  • Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring VM standards are met
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop action plans and sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail role, preferably with a fashion luxury/contemporary brand
  • Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills in retail point of sales systems, Excel, and Word
  • Organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • A positive, high-energy, entrepreneurial spirit
  • A team player who is inspired by others' successes as well as your own
