Job Title: Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our team at Wise Auto Group. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet clients arriving at the dealership, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our vehicles to clients, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on financing options, trade-in values, and ownership requirements.
  • Accompany clients on test drives and assist in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
  • Negotiate prices and trade-in values with clients, ensuring a fair and transparent sales process.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to determine client financing and ownership options.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and a clear Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn dealership software.
  • Knowledge of vehicles and passion for the automotive industry.
