Job Description

Publicis Groupe is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President, Program Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading internal and external teams to deliver high-quality projects and programs that meet business requirements and drive client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of project management methodologies and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet client needs.
