Job Title: Senior Vice President, Program Management

Publicis Health CoLab is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President, Program Management to lead our clients to new innovations. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality deliverables that power client satisfaction, meet business requirements, and balance client and agency economics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define delivery structure and overall vision on projects and oversee multiple projects within a given client relationship.
  • Structure and lead multi-million dollar marketing programs comprised of multi-disciplinary resources and parallel lines of business.
  • Lead a team in management of multiple, concurrent, large-scale projects and ensure profitability through monitoring of multi-brand roadmap, resource management, expense control, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with Group Account Director and Account Directors to manage overall client relationship and actively promote new ideas to enhance client's business and grow revenue.
  • Partner with Creative to effectively shepherd and manage the evolution of creative work, ensuring the highest quality at all points from concept through delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships across teams and internal agencies with Integrated Media, Data and Analytics, Commerce, Public Relations, Brand Strategy, Social Media, Production, Finance, and Resource Management departments to ensure connections and collaborations happen where they should and always in support of client's business goals.
  • Provide solutions-oriented leadership with an expert ability to creatively solve complex problems with a positive, professional demeanor and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Manage multiple direct reports, set career and capability goals with them, and mentor them into Project Management leaders.
  • Enforce team compliance to high organizational standards and professionalism.
  • Represent and advocate for the Project Management discipline with organization, agency, client, and third-party leadership.
  • Participate in team and cross-capability recruiting, interviewing, and staffing.
  • Attend training seminars and continuing education as offered.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years applicable experience as a Project Manager in an agency setting.
  • Fully integrated (marketing, technical, digital, etc.) delivery experience is required.
  • Healthcare or Pharma experience is required.
  • Launch experience is required.
  • Experienced at handling multi-million dollar books of business.
  • Expert at project and program management.
  • Strategic program and tactical planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MIS, or Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and develop detailed work plans and specifications.
  • Comfort managing multi-disciplinary teams, which may consist of creatives, technologists, media experts, etc.
  • Experience interfacing with clients and partner vendors on technical delivery projects.
  • Comfortable with traveling to the client site.
  • MUST BE IN COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO NYC.
