Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Development: Develop and implement contract strategies that align with business objectives, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing contract administration.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that meet business objectives.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contract administration, including contract data management, compliance, and closeout processes.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop business cases, and negotiate contracts to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI required
  • Education: Degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Experience: 7 years of federal contracting or contracts administration experience, with a background in finance, accounting, or business management
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations, agency supplemental regulations, and Cost Accounting Standards; experience in preparing cost and technical/business management proposals; familiarity with construction and/or systems installation services contracts
Working Conditions
  • Travel: Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
  • Physical Demands: Exposure to computer screens for extended periods, sitting for extended periods, reaching by extending hands or arms, finger dexterity, listening, speaking, reading, and applying general rules to specific problems
