This is a full-time, on-site position with a standard work schedule.

Position Summary:

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for delivering technical assistance in the utilization and implementation of IT systems and procedures for the staff at Ohio's Hospice. This role encompasses multi-tiered support (Tier 1 – help desk assistance via phone, email, and in-person; Tier 2 – on-site field support; and Tier 3 – support for internal systems and processes). The individual in this position will ensure that IT applications and systems operate effectively and securely. The IT Support Analyst will also provide documentation, installation, administration, maintenance, and support for Ohio's Hospice systems, guaranteeing that staff have access to accurate and reliable systems and information necessary for delivering exceptional end-of-life care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support for systems and processes to meet Ohio's Hospice's standards for System Availability, ensuring stakeholders have access to reliable systems and information essential for providing high-quality end-of-life care.
  • Offer technical assistance for systems and processes to comply with Ohio's Hospice's Help Desk Support standards, ensuring stakeholders have access to dependable systems and information necessary for superior end-of-life care.
  • Engage in prioritizing system developments, acquisitions, maintenance, and operations to support the completion of the IT plan and budget.
  • Create documentation for IT systems and processes to promote effective and efficient operations.
  • Conduct daily computer tasks, including user maintenance, system backups, and IT inventory management, ensuring the protection of organizational assets.
  • Execute installations, upgrades, and repairs of hardware, software, and peripheral devices, adhering to Ohio's Hospice policies and specifications to maintain accurate and reliable systems.
  • Investigate and resolve issues by researching technical concepts, consulting with users, and performing computer diagnostics to provide technical assistance and support.
  • Ensure the ongoing operation of IT systems and processes complies with all relevant federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, accrediting agency standards, and all Ohio's Hospice policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in a Technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in IT support or help desk roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • Experience with graphical user interface applications.
  • Proficient in providing telephone support.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.
  • State Minimum Auto Coverage.
