We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to our clients. If you are enthusiastic about community engagement, teamwork, and assisting others in achieving their financial aspirations, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process financial transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures while maintaining a strong balancing record.
  • Address client needs by offering a range of services, including account openings, issuing checks, account maintenance, activating ATM cards, processing money transfers, and receiving loan payments.
  • Resolve client inquiries through direct action or by referring them to appropriate branch or bank resources.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for cross-selling banking products based on client needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, along with some experience in cashiering, customer service, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of mathematics, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and banking products.
  • Strong balancing and customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities based on client requirements.
