Key Responsibilities- Invoice Processing: Process and verify invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Reconcile and research discrepancies, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors, buyers, and sub-administrators to ensure timely payment and resolve any issues.
- Financial Analysis: Work with AP Analysts to provide audit support and verify purchase orders.
- Payment Preparation: Prepare payments and ensure accuracy.
- Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel and spreadsheet experience, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Industry Experience: Experience working with property management companies is a plus.
- Accounting Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
