About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Consulting Director to join our Syncron team in the Americas region. As a key partner to the GEO Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct supervisory responsibility for 5-8 Solution Consultants and the hiring of new team members
  • Determine with the geo leader the optimal approach to execute on short-term and long-term opportunities in the market for Syncron
  • Influence product roadmap working with Product Management on key feature gaps or potential future unique differentiator features
  • Engage in strategic roadmap discussions to guide Product Management
  • Solution value and technical leadership and general coaching for Solution Consultants
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning within the team
  • Represent solution consulting in forecast calls within region and to CSO/COO Sales
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years SaaS Solution Consulting experience
  • Team leadership experience
  • Proven expertise in one of the following software solution areas: Inventory Planning, Pricing, Warranty Management, Field Service Management
  • Strong planning & organisation skills
  • Proven track record within value-based selling
  • Icing on the cake: Experience working within aftermarket sales, Experience in AI/ML
