About the Role

The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role within our Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Signature Team, which specializes in data-driven strategies to enhance vendor performance. This team is responsible for the comprehensive promotional strategy, ensuring every aspect is meticulously planned and executed to maximize promotional events. We take pride in managing the catalog relationship with our offshore teams, focusing on optimizing the on-site experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced data analytics to identify growth opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide tactical support to vendors, ensuring swift issue resolution.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of vendor promotional events.
  • Enhance the customer experience by collaborating with catalog teams.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with vendors, advocating for their needs.
  • Work cross-functionally to address and resolve complex vendor challenges.
  • Educate vendors on Amazon's tools, policies, and strategies for growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business relationship management, customer success, account management, or vendor management.
  • Proficient in Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven track record of ownership and driving results.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in the Fashion or Fitness sectors.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, and Oracle Business Intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively utilize new tools and processes.

Compensation and Benefits
