Job Title: Call Center Representative/Patient Support Representative

About the Role:

This is a high-volume call center role where you will be responsible for answering calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers. You will be working in a close-door pharmacy environment, talking to patients and providers on the phone. The calls are auto-connected, so you will be on the phone constantly.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and emails from patients and healthcare providers
  • Provide support and guidance to patients regarding their treatment plans and physician orders
  • Build trust and rapport with patients and help them navigate the nephrology process
  • Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately
  • Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient's medication as needed
  • Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient's healthcare provider

Qualifications:

  • Active RN or LPN license
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a specialty unit or physician office
  • Any experience in Nephrology, Dialysis, or Cardiology is preferred

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position Monday to Friday in Louisville, Kentucky. The work environment is a close-door pharmacy, and the calls are auto-connected, so you will be on the phone constantly.
