Inside Sales Center Representative

Renewal by Andersen, a division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Center Agent to join our team. As an Inside Sales Center Agent, you will play a critical role in booking appointments with prospective customers through both inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Book appointments with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Follow a script to overcome objections and ensure good, quality sales appointments
- Communicate with prospective customers using the company prescribed methodology
- Contact incoming leads immediately upon receipt to schedule appointments

This position requires someone who is comfortable connecting with people and has excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for booking meetings each day as well as making high-volume calls. The schedule is 12:00pm - 9:00pm, Sunday - Thursday. Training will be 5 weeks, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, and you will be paid during training. Our base pay is $16.83/hr, and a portion of your income is from our bonuses and incentive program, which could earn you an extra $1000 per month.
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales, call center, or customer service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone voice and proficiency with computers, especially CRM software, and strong typing skills
