Position Overview: This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in real estate law, particularly in addressing intricate land use matters. Expertise in navigating complex land use challenges is essential.

Additional qualifications include experience in zoning regulations, planning processes, land-use entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, city development agreements, and compliance with land development codes.

The candidate should demonstrate exceptional writing, analytical, and legal research capabilities.

Compensation: $250,000+

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law, specifically managing complex land use issues within a law firm environment.
  • Active member of the Texas Bar.

  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal court regulations.
  • Outstanding communication and writing abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
