We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty, Real Estate to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a Real Estate Educator, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering Real Estate coursework to a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Development and Instruction: Prepare and teach Real Estate courses in engaging, innovative, and discipline-appropriate ways that reflect a commitment to student success, equity, and diversity.
- Student Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate student progress and provide clear, timely feedback that aligns with program learning outcomes and departmental expectations.
- Professional Development: Remain current in the field through various professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and online courses.
- Technology and Online Learning: Demonstrate proficiency in using computer applications, online resources, and learning management systems to develop and build course content, perform administrative duties, and engage with students.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Finance with a Texas Real Estate Broker's license, or Associate degree in Real Estate with a Texas Real Estate Broker's license and three years of real estate sales experience.
- Experience: Real estate coursework completed for license must be from a regionally accredited college.
Working Conditions:
- Work is routinely performed in an office/classroom environment.
- Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
