Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Finance with Texas Real Estate Broker's license, or Associate degree in Real Estate with Texas Real Estate Broker's license and three years real estate sales experience.
  • Experience: Real estate coursework completed for license must be from a regionally accredited college.
Working Conditions
  • Work is routinely performed in an office/classroom environment.
  • Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
