Compensation:
$50,000 - $80,000 annually
Additional Responsibilities:
- Accompany potential buyers on home tours alongside the lead agent.
- Identify suitable properties based on the lead agent's criteria through needs analysis.
- Assist in preparing inspection summaries and conducting walk-throughs under the lead agent's supervision.
- Collaborate with the lead agent and team to effectively convert leads into clients.
- Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
- To qualify for this role, a valid Texas Real Estate License is required.
- A people-oriented personality and a friendly demeanor are vital for success.
- Comfort with extensive driving is necessary.
