Key Responsibilities:
  1. Continuously assess customer satisfaction for Tier 2 level accounts.
  2. Maintain an up-to-date list of client concerns that need to be addressed and communicate regularly with clients about progress.
  3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues arising during projects.
  4. Gather and summarize customer feedback collected from meetings and present findings to internal development and product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  5. Provide clients with detailed information about potential savings and cost reductions.
  6. Conduct annual business reviews with clients.
  7. Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to GL coding exceptions, payments, and reporting.
  8. Support clients with their reporting requirements.
  9. Create key performance indicators (KPIs) and track client health metrics.
  10. Regularly review client health reports.
  11. Offer direct assistance with client account renewals.
  12. Use proprietary software to analyze and optimize client freight payments.

$80,000 - $120,000 annually.
