Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Telemetry team at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a Neuro Telemetry RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our patients.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to home or further care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
Requirements
  • Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification and others as required by individual department.
  • Minimum of One (1) year as an RN, with a strong background in Neurology and Critical Care.
