Job Description

SERVPRO of Allentown is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for fostering professional relationships, coordinating community outreach, and hosting events at our exclusive PPL Center executive suite.


About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is creative, loves engaging with people, and has a knack for event planning. You will be working closely with our Marketing Manager to plan and execute social media engagement activities, including giveaways, contests, and promotions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Community Events: Actively participate in community events (ribbon cuttings, fairs, charity events, Lunch & Learns) to represent SERVPRO and cultivate professional relationships.
  • PPL Center Executive Suite: Host guests during games and concerts, ensuring a memorable and engaging experience.
  • Marketing Events: Brainstorm, plan, and coordinate new marketing events and initiatives.
  • Networking: Build and strengthen connections with local insurance agents, property managers, municipalities, and other community influencers through regular meetings and networking.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or event planning.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed for events.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout the Lehigh Valley region.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary plus commission, and a range of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and more.
