We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven specialist to join our team as an Insurance Specialist. This versatile role involves providing exceptional customer service, establishing strong relationships with clients, and promoting business growth through sales and marketing efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up services.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance products and options.
• Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate clients about insurance solutions, ensuring they have the right coverage for their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote business growth, achieving mutually agreed-upon goals and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Demonstrated dedication to sales, teamwork, and customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
• Previous sales experience is highly preferred, particularly in the insurance industry.
• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, enabling you to analyze customer needs and develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
