Job Title: Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary:

The Enrollment Counselor is a key member of the Villanova University team, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective students and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a strong understanding of academic programs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and enroll students in non-credit programs through proactive outreach and communication
  • Utilize Slate CRM and other technology applications to manage the enrollment process
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Collaborate with faculty program coordinators and other university offices to stay up-to-date on program changes and updates
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates throughout the enrollment funnel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in recruitment or sales
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build relationships with professionals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience

Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours:

  • Ability to work outside regular working hours on select days
  • Alternating schedules will be shared among other Enrollment Counselors to accommodate inquiries received in the evening
