Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Aligns decisions with organizational goals in collaboration with the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to company values.
  • Formulates and communicates sales strategies and objectives to the team, monitoring store performance to achieve targets.

Productivity Oversight:
  • Holds the management team accountable for their productivity and contributions.
  • Develops and implements client engagement strategies to meet business objectives alongside the Store Manager.
  • Monitors market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador, fostering loyalty through community engagement and events.
  • Addresses customer concerns promptly, collaborating with management as necessary.
  • Encourages team development to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates ownership for personal and team outcomes.
  • Collaborates with management to prioritize business needs effectively.
  • Ensures daily operations are executed without compromising service quality.
  • Proactively addresses challenges and adjusts strategies as needed.
  • Builds trust and rapport with team members, advocating for the brand.

Operational Management:
  • Evaluates team performance, providing timely feedback and development plans in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Addresses performance issues through effective communication and coaching.
  • Adheres to retail policies and procedures, including point-of-sale and operational standards.
  • Utilizes Tapestry's tools and technology to enhance service and operational efficiency.
  • Participates in recruitment and onboarding processes, collaborating with management to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manages daily operational tasks in line with company standards, including sales, service expectations, payroll, and loss prevention.
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen, forecasting needs and planning accordingly.
  • Maintains communication with management to ensure operational needs are met.
  • Oversees the upkeep of the store environment, ensuring aesthetic and safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.
  • Flexible availability to meet scheduling needs, including evenings and weekends.
