Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and service-oriented manner, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Organize products in display cases and tables, ensuring they are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, department conditions, and food safety.
  • Assist cooks with preparing specific dishes and contribute to the overall success of our kitchen team.
  • Restock front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks as needed.
  • Operate various professional kitchen equipment, including heat sources, mixers, and blenders.
  • Take food orders in person and by phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our kitchen and customer service teams.

Requirements

  • Valid Food Handlers Card
  • Customer service and retail experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Conditions

  • Walking: Continuously throughout the shift, while moving about the store and handling merchandise.
  • Standing: Continuously throughout the shift.
  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
