Job Summary

Enviremedial Services Inc. is a leading contractor seeking experienced and self-motivated commercial service technicians to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled duties in the building trades, including painting, carpentry, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance on mechanical, electrical, structural, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Troubleshoot and Diagnose Deficiencies: Identify and resolve issues with equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare Reports and Documentation: Use Microsoft Office products to create reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
  • Assist with Administrative Duties: Provide support with administrative tasks, including inventory control, budget development, and personnel management.
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Use hand tools and power tools to perform repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
  • Work from Blueprints and Drawings: Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and oral instructions to complete tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least three to five years of experience in the maintenance field, with a focus on commercial service and HVAC maintenance.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with experience in report writing and documentation.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
