We are seeking a highly skilled A&P Mechanic to join our team at Textron Aviation. As an A&P Mechanic, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of mechanical tasks on various aircraft models, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery.
- Conduct engine and airframe maintenance, including troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of turbine engines, as well as airframe system and component changes.
- Utilize equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies.
- High school education or GED required
- A&P License required
- Knowledge of 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43 required
- Diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance experience
