Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding Inside Sales Account Manager position located in Oxford, MS. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned customer account relationships, promoting Border States Electric's products and services, and maximizing customer sales potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate value to customers
Requirements
  • Four-year business, sales, marketing, or trade degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum four years of prior customer service, marketing, and sales experience
  • Technical competence in understanding electrical systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
