Account Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through exceptional client partnerships. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing multiple client relationships, developing and executing media plans, and delivering high-quality results.

About the Role
  • You will support the VP of Ad Operations & Account Management in developing a high-performing Account Management team and act as a trusted advisor to the sales team.
  • The ideal candidate will leverage their programmatic expertise to craft winning proposals that translate client needs into strategic solutions, maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and mentorship of a high-performing Account Management team.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the sales team and leverage your programmatic expertise to craft winning proposals.
  • Manage multiple client relationships and develop and execute media plans.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in programmatic account management.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, online consumer behavior analysis, and building audience personas.
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs (DV360 & CM360 preferred).

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
