Talent Source is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Account Management team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include managing 10-15 accounts, building long-lasting client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of Company solutions. You will also forecast and track key account metrics, preparing reports on account status and providing feedback to Management. We are offering a base salary of $120,000 plus commission and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in Account Management gained in Martech/Adtech environment, a degree in Business Administration or Sales, and a background in sports betting/Gaming industry would be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for this role, along with the ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
