Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate operational systems by delivering vital information to team members.
  • Engage with 834 claims.
  • Document Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and process in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Investigate and enhance operations by analyzing systems issues and collecting relevant data.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) and other critical documentation.
  • Enhance operational analysis expertise by participating in training sessions.
  • Contribute to the overall departmental processes to ensure timely completion of tasks.
