Job Title: Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at Koniag Government Services. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our government customer in Falls Church, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and document business rules and processes.
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of workflows and processes related to programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Document business rules and processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assist with the development of reports and information papers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to write for reading and not conversational English.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and virtual team environment.
  • Self-starter with ability to recognize needs and act with little to no guidance.
  • Advanced MS Word skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Desired Skills:
  • Ability to rapidly understand and apply new concepts.
  • Prior federal government, professional services, or federal consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts, methodology, techniques, and technologies.
Education:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in creative writing or literature.

Security Clearance:

CURRENT/ACTIVE TOP SECRET-level security clearance is required.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment with a noise level of mostly low to moderate.
