Key Responsibilities- Pre-Sales Support
- Prepare and conduct onsite product demonstrations and customer tests
- Manage test and support equipment, including product check and scheduling
- Assist sales team with technical inputs for bid answering
- Attend dedicated trade shows and conferences to support the sales team
- After-Sales Support
- Provide online support through various channels, including desk, team-viewer, mail, and phone
- Offer onsite assistance for installation and commissioning
- Deliver onsite or remote customer training
- Manage and follow equipment returns for testing and repairs
- Other Internal Duties
- Write and review technical documents, including documentation, technical articles, and test reports
- Test and review new products, firmware, and software
- Act as a liaison between sales, customers, and R&D to provide feedback on bugs and desired improvements
- A solid background in geomatics or embedded systems engineering, with knowledge of navigation and positioning systems (land, air, and maritime)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in measurement analysis tools, preferably Octave/Matlab, and positioning and navigation systems (GNSS, inertial, imagery, lidar, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
