We are seeking a committed Corporate Communications Manager to enhance our skilled workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communication Development:
- Design and implement a thorough internal communication strategy.
- Select suitable channels and platforms to effectively reach all employees.
- Encourage a culture of open and transparent communication.
- Maintain uniform messaging across all internal communication platforms.
Content Development:
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team and the People & Culture Communications Coordinator to align employee engagement initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Draft and refine internal communications such as announcements, memos, and updates.
- Create compelling content for organization-wide dissemination.
- Ensure all communications are clear, accurate, and pertinent.
Management of Communication Channels:
- Oversee the content of the company intranet, newsletters, and email communications.
- Coordinate town hall meetings, webinars, and internal events.
- Stay informed about industry trends, assess new technologies, and implement enhancements to ensure our communications are innovative and effective.
Employee Engagement:
- Collect feedback through surveys, focus groups, and individual discussions.
- Address employee inquiries and provide prompt responses.
In addition to the above responsibilities, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing team on external communications to uphold a positive public image, effectively engage with external stakeholders, and support the overarching business strategy. External communications may encompass public relations, crisis management, community involvement, and corporate social responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, English, marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in crisis communication and issues management.
- Familiarity with digital media and best practices for creating highly engaging content across various platforms.
