Clinical Nurse B-Inpatient ECH: Surgical Acute

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse B to join our Inpatient Surgical Acute team at Loma Linda University Medical Center. As a Clinical Nurse B, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care to patients with a range of medical conditions, including surgical patients.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advances in nursing care.
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Other certifications required as listed in the department-specific Plan for Providing Care.
- Minimum of one year experience in a clinical setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
