Clinical Nurse B-Inpatient ECH: Acute Rehab
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse B-Inpatient ECH: Acute Rehab to join our team at Loma Linda University Medical Center. As a Clinical Nurse B-Inpatient ECH: Acute Rehab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will utilize your expertise to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect patient care to patients with acute rehabilitation needs.
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Participate in on-call rotations and may be required to serve as a Shift Coordinator.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum of one year experience in acute rehabilitation nursing.
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association required.
