Clinical Nurse B-Inpatient ECH: Acute Rehab Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse B - Inpatient to join our team at Loma Linda University Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize discretion and independent judgment to provide, coordinate, and document direct and indirect patient care.
- Perform the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation, in accordance with our established Professional Practice Model.
- Embrace new knowledge, innovations, and improvements in practice, and apply theoretical concepts to clinical practice.
- Exhibit interpersonal skills that portray professionalism and maximize excellence in customer service and safe patient care.
- Function in a skills-mix environment and directly supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
- Meet qualifications, licensure, certifications, and competencies as defined in the unit/department-specific Plan for Providing Care.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum of one year experience required.
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association required.
