The Law Offices of Hanna Brophy is a renowned law firm providing Workers' Compensation Defense legal services to employers and insurance companies throughout California. As a Part Time Clerk, you will support the Attorneys and Legal Assistants in various legal and administrative functions related to Workers' Compensation law.

Responsibilities
  • \t
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records \t
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail \t
  • Answer phone calls and take messages or redirect calls to colleagues \t
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and computers for word processing and spreadsheet creation \t
  • Perform data entry and document processing tasks \t
  • Sort and organize legal documents \t
  • Perform other office duties as assigned \
Requirements
  • \t
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar clerical role \t
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes \t
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality \t
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills \t
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team \t
  • High school diploma or equivalent \t
  • Customer service experience (preferred) \
