  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls to colleagues
  • Perform data entry, document processing, and sorting of legal documents
  • Assist with other office duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an office clerk or clerical position
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes
  • Attention to detail, integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy
  • Fast typing skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
  • High school diploma
