About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-time Crisis Intervention Clinician to provide urgent care services in the form of crisis planning, stabilization, assessment, and short-term treatment to support clients in their stabilization process. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehab Counseling, or a related field, or be licensed at the independent level in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, stabilization interventions, and stabilization planning for clients and families experiencing an acute and urgent need for behavioral healthcare.
  • Deliver side-by-side interventions to individuals/families that focus on problem-solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement.
  • Develop treatment plans that include follow-up supports to a client and/or family, focusing on stabilization and utilization of other Eliot triage/CBHC staff.
