Eliot is a leading organization in the transformation of community behavioral health programs. Our mission is to provide high-quality services that cater to individuals' needs, rather than relying on emergency rooms and institutional settings.

  • Maintain accurate progress notes for all client contacts and collaterals.
  • Participate in daily huddles and team meetings, ensuring timely documentation completion.
  • Conduct NOMS assessments, clinical evaluations, and other required documentation to meet Eliot's standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and team members to develop treatment plans that are culturally competent, strength-based, realistic, and attainable.
  • Ensure client involvement in their treatment planning process and incorporate their preferences into the plan.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions to assigned clients and/or families within the context of the CBHC team, treatment plan, and approved EBPs.
Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Rehab Counseling, or a related field, or a Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited university/college, with licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
