Bridgewell is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team. This full-time position will provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy and crisis intervention services to individuals with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities.

Job Overview:

The FFS Clinician supports Bridgewell's mission by providing high-quality mental health services to our clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, goals and objectives, transfer/discharge summaries, and progress notes for assigned caseload.
  • Provide individual and/or family counseling with clients on assigned caseloads.
  • Coordinate services and collaborate with internal and external providers.
  • Participate in clinical team and/or weekly supervision meetings.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Counseling, and Massachusetts state licensure preferred. Experience working with people with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities is also required.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
