Early Intervention Physical Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Intervention Physical Therapist to join our team at Aspire Developmental Services Inc. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of infants and toddlers, and their families.
Job Summary:The Early Intervention Physical Therapist will provide home and community-based services as part of a transdisciplinary team, supporting children birth to 3 years old in reaching their developmental milestones.

Responsibilities:- Provide individualized coaching and activities within the child's and family's everyday life in their home
- Engage caregivers through parent coaching sessions to maximize child growth and development
- Collaborate with the transdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- PT License
- Strong writing and verbal communications skills
- Ability to independently organize, manage and prioritize tasks
- Ability to collaborate and work as a member of a team
- Computer Skills: Outlook, MS Office, Google Docs and Database Management
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- SCHEDULING: Flexible Schedule, Family Hours, 20 Days Paid Time Off (3 Weeks PTO & 1 Week Sick) additional week after 3 years employment and ongoing increases based on longevity and Paid Holidays
- REIMBURSEMENT: Mileage and Cell Phone Reimbursement

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
