About the Position: Eliot is seeking a skilled CBHC Clinician CCS to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals in need. Your expertise and compassion will play a vital role in transforming community behavioral health programs and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapy interventions at CCS based on client preference, client need, and clinical direction from the CCS/CBHC Team.
  • Complete progress notes related to all contacts with individuals and collaterals on the day of contact.
  • Participate in daily huddles and Team Meetings, including completing documentation prior to meetings.
  • Complete NOMS assessments as assigned, clinical assessments, and other documentation required to meet CCS/CBHC/Eliot standards.
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other Team members as assigned.
  • Ensure each individual is actively involved in their treatment planning process and their preferences are embraced.
  • Provide individual therapy to assigned clients and/or families within the context of the CCS/CBHC Team, treatment plan, and EBPs approved by Eliot/CCS/CBHC policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Rehab Counseling, or a related field; or a Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited university/college and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills; competence in crisis intervention and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly with a wide range of clinical presentations. Knowledge of community resources and how to access them.
  • Understanding of public and private health insurance plans.
