As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience for our valued guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records
- Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with room assignments and providing general assistance to guests and colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
