Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Ascent Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage guest room assignments, ensuring that rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations data.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
