Job Title: Call Center Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling incoming calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize call center software, such as Genesys Cloud Services, to manage calls and customer interactions
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution goals
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving
  • Experience using phone support systems and call center software, such as Genesys, Five9, or Zendesk
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Active listening skills, great communication, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a remote or hybrid setting, with strong self-sufficiency and organizational skills
  • Reliable and capable of passing a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Genesys software, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems
  • Childcare or healthcare background
  • Government background
  • Bilingual
