Key Responsibilities:

  • Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards.
  • Supervise hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and recommending disciplinary action as needed.
  • Store food in designated areas following all corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils, and ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures.
  • Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Relay relevant information directly to the supervisor.
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to associates and customers.
  • Monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies, and track product production, consumption, and waste.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
